Sean Combs has been sued in a New York City court by a former girlfriend. She makes serious allegations.

The producer and musician Sean “Diddy” Combs (54) has been sued by an ex-girlfriend. As reported by CNN, among others, Casandra Ventura (37) filed the lawsuit on Thursday in federal court in New York City. She claims that she was allegedly raped by Combs and subjected to repeated physical and other abuse for years. The 54-year-old has denied all allegations through his lawyer.

“Emotional stress”

According to CNN, the lawsuit accuses the musician of, among other things, “inducing Ventura into a drug-fueled lifestyle and into a romantic relationship with him.” According to the allegations, this happened within two years of the pair’s first meeting in 2005 or 2006. Ventura is said to have signed with his record label Bad Boy Records at the time.

Ventura claims in the lawsuit that Combs exercised “power and influence” over her throughout their professional and romantic relationship. The business relationship is said to have existed until 2019. According to US media reports, the ex-couple were romantically involved from 2007 to 2018.

According to the report, the lawsuit states that Ventura is still under “immense emotional distress” and also required hospital treatment. According to the report, she is demanding compensation payments of an undisclosed amount.

Sean Combs denies all allegations

“After years of silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and speak out on behalf of myself and for the sake of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” the singer said in a statement to CNN.

Ben Brafman, Combs’ attorney, said: “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these disgusting and outrageous allegations.” The statement added that Ventura had allegedly demanded $30 million from Combs in recent months under the threat of writing a book about their relationship, which was dismissed as “obvious blackmail.” “Although Ms. Ventura has retracted her original threat, she is now filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies aimed at damaging Mr. Combs’ reputation and seeking money.”
