Sèche Environnement anticipates an increase in its EBITDA and ROC between 2024 and 2026


(AOF) – At the end of 2023, Séché Environnement posted a contributed turnover of 1.013 billion euros, an increase of 6.4% at constant scope and exchange rates compared to 2022. Gross operating surplus (EBE) reached 217.7 million euros, or 21.5% of contributed revenue, up 8% in published data (compared to 201.6 million euros, or 22.6% of contributed revenue in 2022). Current operating income (ROC) stands at 101.2 million euros, or 10% of contributed turnover.

ROC increased by 10.8% in published data compared to last year (91.3 million euros, or 10.2% of contributed turnover).

Operating profit reached 91.4 million euros, or 9% of contributed revenue, up 5.1% on a reported basis and 12.2% at constant scope and exchange rates compared to last year. .

Net income, group share, increased by 7.2% to 47.8 million euros, or 4.7% of contributed turnover as of December 31, 2023. Net income per share stood at 6.13 euros compared to 5.72 euros as of December 31, 2022.

Free operating cash flow jumped 29.2% to 101.3 million euros.

The dividend will be increased from 1.10 to 1.20 euros per share, subject to the approval of the general meeting of shareholders on April 26, 2024. It will be detached on July 8, 2024 for payment from July 10 2024.

For the 2024 financial year, Séché Environnement anticipates organic growth in its contributing turnover of around 5% to which will be added the contribution of the areas acquired in 2023 to the tune of approximately 60 million euros, to aim for a contributing turnover of around 1.1 billion euros.

By 2026, and on this basis, Séché anticipates a contribution turnover of around 1.2 billion euros, i.e. an average organic growth rate of around 5% over the period.

For 2024, Séché Environnement anticipates EBITDA of around 230 million euros and ROC of around 105 million euros.

The group is targeting an EBITDA of between 265 and 275 million euros for 2026, i.e. a gross operating profitability rate of between 22 and 23% of contributed turnover.

In 2026, it targets a ROC of between 132 and 144 million euros, i.e. a current operating profitability rate of between 11 and 12% of contributed turnover.
