Séché Environnement: drop in its half-year net profit


(AOF) – Séché Environnement announces that Current Operating Profit (ROC) evolved in line with EBITDA and totaled 45.3 million euros in the first half of 2023, or 9.2% of contributed turnover. At constant scope and exchange rates, it increased by 3.1% compared to the first half of 2022 to 10.6% of contributed turnover. Gross Operating Surplus (EBE) stood at 101.9 million euros as of June 30, 2023, showing an increase of 2% in published data and 4.9% organically. It displays a margin rate of 20.7% of contributed turnover.

Over this half-year, the Group’s share of net income stood at 23 million euros, or 4.7% of contributed revenue, compared to 25.2 million euros (or 5.9% of contributed revenue). ) one year earlier. As a result, net income per share stood at 2.94 euros compared to 3.23 euros a year ago.

Over this period, Séché Environnement achieved contributed revenue of €491.6 million, up +14.5% in published data and +8.5% organically compared to the first half of 2022.

Séché Environnement confirms its objective of organic growth of 5% of its contributed turnover over its historical scope.

With the contribution of the scopes integrated in 2022, the contributing turnover should therefore be close to 1,000 million euros for the 2023 financial year.
