Secret Apple accessories surfaced: the first images confirm the suspicion

It could be on the market before the end of this year, because the previously unreleased Apple accessories are already showing their first pictures. So it can’t be long before Apple introduces its first dual charger.

Apple’s first dual charger spotted in pictures

A few days ago, Apple revealed more on its own website, but shortly thereafter deleted all the information. Shortly before we could of the supposed Existence of a new charger with two USB-C ports and a power of 35 watts read (translated):

“Use the Apple 35W Dual USB-C Port Power Adapter and a USB-C cable (not included) to charge your device. Connect a USB-C cable to one of the two ports on the power adapter, extend the electrical contacts (if necessary), and then firmly plug the power adapter into the power outlet. Make sure the outlet is easily accessible for disconnection. Connect the other end of the cable to your device.”

Just an accident? does this part really exist? The assumptions are now confirmed, because ChargerLAB today presents us actually the first pictures of that new dual charger. The small box offers space for two adjacent USB-C ports and foldable plug contacts. Due to the construction, the latter might be reserved for the US model, so we suspect, after all, the Euro plug still has to be adapted in this country.

Interesting: At the beginning of March, the well-known Apple insider Ming-Chi Kuo mentioned corresponding work on a new charger with 30 watts, it may actually be the model that has now been unveiled, even if it is a bit more powerful at 35 watts. At the time, Kuo spoke of one Mass production sometime this yearwithout getting specific.

What you always wanted to know:

What loading options are there then?

With 35 watts and two connections, users would have multiple ways to charge different devices at the same time. For example, you could charge two iPhones, an iPhone and an Apple Watch, or an iPad and an Apple Watch in one fell swoop. It should also be possible to “fill up” a single MacBook Air with it. We assume that there will be a performance at the latest in the course of the iPhone 14 and thus in September.
