The operator Bouygues Telecom unveiled Monday its new mobile offers, focused around security, services and support.

Sensation packages are over, now say hello to “Bouygues Telecom packages”, the operator’s new mobile offers. These revamped packages, 4G and 5G, are accompanied by a digital protection service, namely Norton, which will be offered free of charge for 24 months for any new subscription in exchange for a commitment of 12 or 24 months, before the service is automatically terminated.

Bouygues Telecom and Norton, a partnership around security

The tailor-made Norton solution (a long-time partner of the construction giant’s subsidiary) included in the new Bouygues Telecom mobile plans allows the operator’s customers to protect their smartphone against phishing, thanks to the detection and filtering of Fraudulent SMS.

The service also includes a password manager, to strengthen the protection of personal data, and a VPN for anonymous browsing. Finally, the solution provides security for online use, with the detection of fraudulent sites, various malware, as well as the security of online payments.

Three other services are offered with the new Bouygues Telecom packages, the subtleties of which are given to you. The smartphone access solutions allow you to obtain a mobile phone at a preferential rate with payment facilities (12, 24 or 36 months), provided you take a 130 GB plan (we’ll talk about it below), with a 24-month commitment.

Next, Bouygues offers the smartphone support solutions. This is a guaranteed repair service in less than 7 working days (as long as the product is under warranty), with a 30% discount on express repair in store (always in partnership with WeFix), and a free smartphone loan possible.

Finally, we find the sustainable smartphone solutions. Here, Bouygues Telecom guarantees the repair, reconditioning or recycling of a mobile after it has been taken back.
