Seine-Saint-Denis: a man killed in the middle of the street in Bobigny


A man was shot dead and another injured this Friday evening in the middle of the street in Bobigny in Seine-Saint-Denis. Two investigations were opened, one for murder and the other for attempted murder.

The facts took place shortly before 8 p.m. when a man was found dead in the Paul-Eluard estate, located in downtown Bobigny, confirming information from the weekly Le Point.

A second person was targeted and injured by bullet in the same city without his vital prognosis being engaged, said the prosecution.

An investigation for assassination and another for attempted assassination were opened and entrusted to the criminal brigade.

In the same evening, not far from the place of the murder, a family was sequestered in the Hector-Berlioz housing estate, which led to the intervention of the Raid, indicated the prosecution. The perpetrator was arrested by the Raid teams.

The investigation was entrusted to the judicial police of the department. According to the authorities, a link has been established between the two cases.
