Seine-Saint-Denis: “In a cart …”, a frightening kidnapping attempt narrowly foiled

The facts took place in the Vacher district in Blanc-Mesnil as reported by Le Parisien. A source familiar with the investigation explained: “People knew the family very well. They managed to remove her from the suspect and return her to her parents before the police arrived.“. Once there, the police were able to quickly arrest the individual who has no known address and realized during his interrogation that he was making incoherent remarks. His police custody ended on Monday June 5 since he “is subject to compulsory hospitalization“according to a police source.

Children in temporary placement

The internment of the suspect obviously did not help to clarify things and the kidnapping is therefore only one of the hypotheses of the police. This incident, however, had an impact on the little girl who could have been kidnapped since, with her two brothers and sisters, she was recently placed on a provisional basis. In fact the three children were without parental supervision at the time of the events, prompting officers to report it.
