SELECTIRENTE announces the filing of its 2020 Universal Registration Document with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) under number D.22-0335.
The Universal Registration Document notably includes the Annual Financial Report of SELECTIRENTE as well as the report of the Supervisory Board on corporate governance and the reports of the Statutory Auditors.
The Universal Registration Document is made available to the public under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force. In particular, it can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website ( www.selectirente.com , Investors/Regulated information section) as well as from the AMF’s website, in xHTML version.
An English version of the Universal Registration Document (for information purposes and translated from the original French version filed with the AMF) will soon be available on the SELECTIRENTE website.
