(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Selectiente met on June 2 at its head office, chaired by Jérôme Descamps, Chairman of the Manager Selectirente Gestion, with a quorum of 96.4%. It adopted all of the resolutions submitted for its approval.
The Ordinary General Meeting notably approved the distribution of a dividend of 3.8 euros per share for the 2022 financial year. The ex-dividend and payment dates are respectively set for June 13 and 15.
