Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of June 2, 2023
The Combined General Meeting of SELECTIRENTE, meeting this Friday, June 2, 2023 at its registered office, under the chairmanship of Mr. Jérôme DESCAMPS, Chairman of the Manager SELECTIRENTE Gestion, and with a quorum of 96.40%, has
adopted all the resolutions submitted for its approval
.
The Ordinary General Meeting notably approved the
distribution of a dividend of €3.80 per share
for fiscal year 2022. The ex-dividend and payment dates of said dividend are respectively set for June 13 and 15, 2023.
