The Netflix series “Selling Sunset” is getting a fifth season and the excitement continues. The view and the stars themselves reveal that.

Luxury houses, celebrities and lots of drama – a combination that made “Selling Sunset” a Netflix hit. After the fourth season of the broker series was released at the end of November, fans can look forward to new episodes. A first preview of the fifth season promises a lot of excitement again. This is what fans and newcomers need to know about the series:

What it is about

Not everyone can afford the exclusive luxury real estate in Los Angeles. That is why the twins Jason and Brett Oppenheim (44) and their brokerage company have made it their business to convey their chic homes to the rich and beautiful. But they don’t do it alone – and the real estate agents they employ bring the real tension to the reality show. These include Chrishell Stause (40), Heather Rae Young (34), Christine Quinn (33), Mary Fitzgerald (41), Amanza Smith (44), Maya Vander (39) and Davina Potratz (44). Since season four have also been there: Vanessa Villela (43) and Emma Hernan (30). In addition to the jobs of the brokers, their private life also plays a major role in the TV show.

What has already happened

In the fourth season of the series, the two newcomers Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan form friendships with a few of their colleagues. But new quarrels and power struggles break out between the women. At the center of it all is the dispute between the new mother Christine and her “archenemy” Emma, who allegedly once teased her boyfriend. In addition, Vanessa tries again and again to mediate between Mary and Christine, but it goes wrong. Chrishell’s house buying and love life are an issue, as is Amanza’s custody battle, who has to look after her children by herself.

How it goes on

Fans don’t have to wait long to find out how all the drama will continue. So did Chrishell revealed to a fan on Instagramthat the fifth season has already been shot. Mary chatted a little more on the British talk show “Lorraine” and announced the new season in the show for spring, more precisely March 2022.

There was a little teaser on the new episodes at the end of season four. The outlook suggests a lot: Chrishell and her boss Jason Oppenheim are a couple. The colleagues seem to have different opinions … While Heather finds the relationship “totally crazy” but also “exciting” in the short preview, Mary, who was already in a relationship with Jason, is simply “speechless”. Chrishell says in the teaser: “We are not criminals, we are not doing anything wrong.”

What else could happen in the new episodes? Jason’s brother Brett also has a new girlfriend, Tina Louise (40), as he shows on Instagram. Will she also appear in the new season? It is also exciting to see how Christine will get along with her colleagues after she hardly has any friends in the company at the end of the fourth season. Contrary to what many of the real estate agents might wish, one thing is certain: Christine will be there again in the next season.

Those who can’t wait that long will have the opportunity to watch the new spin-off of the series, “Selling Tampa”, from December 15th. The offshoot of the series is about the luxury real estate on the Florida coast.
