Sendinblue grows further with the acquisition of MeetFox

Sendinblue announced on Wednesday the acquisition of MeetFox, an automated meeting and videoconferencing solution for VSEs and SMEs. This is a new string to its bow, after two years of strong acceleration for the scale-up.

In 2020, Sendinblue had raised 140 million euros in series B. The company then hoped to stand out with its all-in-one marketing and sales SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution. Last September, it announced the acquisition of three start-ups, for an amount of 40 million euros, in order to complete its offer for e-merchants.

This time, Sendinblue wants to focus on customer relations by taking control of the New York-based appointment scheduling and videoconferencing software specialist. “With MeetFox, Sendinblue customers have the possibility to easily and easily integrate a meeting tool through various channels: web, app, e-mail, social networks or via messaging”, describes the company in a press release.

Companies will benefit from an automated appointment scheduling system, accessible through Sendinblue’s Sales CRM and Marketing Automation. In addition, this integrated video solution will allow SMEs “to organize meetings hosted on their own site and share their own video links without having to use external solutions”, specifies the company. The service can also be used with other video tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

“I am delighted that MeetFox is integrating Sendinblue and the multiple possibilities this acquisition offers our customers,” said Susanne Klepsch, co-founder and CEO of MeetFox. “My vision has always been to create a unique solution to help companies digitize the customer relationship. Sendinblue shares exactly the same vision and together we are taking another step towards an all-in-one CRM offer. »

These integrations into the Sendinblue platform will happen over the next 12 months, the company adds. Following the acquisition, nine people will join the Sendinblue team, which today has 550 employees spread over several countries.
