(CercleFinance.com) – The biotechnology company Sensorion announces the appointment of Khalil Barrage as interim chairman of the board of directors: he will succeed Scott Myers, who has announced that he is retiring from the board in order to devote himself to his other commitments.
Khalil Barrage has served on Sensorion’s board of directors for more than three years and has provided support during various fundraising events and his expertise during the company’s specialization in gene therapy.
For nearly twenty years, he has held the position of managing director of the Invus group, one of the main shareholders of Sensorion. The company has started a search to identify a new chairman of the board and will inform the market in due course.
