SentinelOne Completes Acquisition of Attivo Networks

(Boursier.com) — SentinelOne Inc,the autonomous cybersecurity platform, has just completed the acquisition of Attivo Networks. SentinelOne announced the agreement to acquire Attivo Networks on March 15.
Attivo Networks, a leading provider of identity security and lateral movement protection, has strong business growth with hundreds of global customers, including Fortune 500 companies.

With this acquisition, SentinelOne extends its identity threat prevention, detection and response capabilities to endpoints, cloud workloads, IoT devices, mobile and data wherever it resides. It thus intends to become a standard in terms of XDR and accelerate the adoption of zero-trust by companies.

Together, SentinelOne and Attivo Networks deliver comprehensive identity security on Singularity XDR for standalone protection, including:

Singularity Identity: Stops credential misuse with real-time Active Directory infrastructure protection and endpoint exception handling. Singularity Identity protects Active Directory & Azure AD domain controllers and assets linked to these domains against hackers seeking privileges and moving discreetly.

SinglarityRangerActive Directory Assessor: Detects Active Directory and Azure AD vulnerabilities with a cloud-based continuous identity assessment solution. Ranger(R) AD Assessor provides standardized, actionable insights to reduce attack surfaces on Active Directory and Azure AD and bring them into compliance with security best practices.

Hologram Singularity which makes it possible to attract attackers and lead them to reveal themselves thanks to the technique of deceptive security based on the network. Singularity Hologram decoys, distributed at strategic points of the network, are set up to attract potential attackers. Any interaction, necessarily suspicious, with these decoys is measured by telemetry which reinforces the investigations and contributes to inform the company on its attackers.
