A really complicated situation for the mother
In fact, Kris William’s lawyer revealed that an agreement was signed at the time of the sperm donation in September 2018. But the agreement is signed by the donor, Harlan Vaughn, and birth mother Rebekah Wilson. It is a “known sperm donation agreement” as reported by NBC News. Kris William is listed on Warren’s birth certificate, but a judge ruled that the mom would have had to legally adopt Warren. It is because of this that she no longer has any parental authority and that Harlan Vaughn has taken back his rights. Devastated, Kris William is considering appealing for the case to go to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
