(AOF) – SergeFerrari achieved a turnover of 327.6 million euros in 2023, a decline of 3.3% at current scope and exchange rates and 6.8% at constant scope and exchange rates. , impacted by the contraction of its historic markets in Europe. The group’s Rebit stood at 11.3 million euros, compared to 26.5 million euros the previous year, a decline of 57.5% over one year. The group recorded an operating profit of 12.6 million euros compared to 25.1 million euros in 2022, a decline of 50% over one year.

Net profit, group share, stands at 4.7 million euros compared to 15.5 million euros in 2022. It is down 69.6% year-on-year.

“The drop in the margin rate on purchases consumed observed over the period, going from 52.3% of turnover in 2022 to 50.6% in 2023, is explained by the conjunction of a negative volume effect on sales and rising energy costs”, underlines SergeFerrari.

In parallel with the presentation of its annual results, the group will propose to the General Meeting of May 16, 2024 the payment of a dividend of 0.12 euros per share for the 2023 financial year, to be paid in July 2024.
