A new streaming platform arrives in France
To this list, we must now add a new competitor: the Max platform. Created by Warner Bros. Discovery, the MAX platform is none other than the merger between the HBO Max and Discovery+ platforms. We also note that it will replace the famous “Warner Pass” available on Amazon Prime Video.
Launched in May 2023 in the United States, then in February 2024 in South America, the platform arrives in Europe and more precisely in France in June 2024. And it seems that success is already there since MAX already has 97 million of subscribers.

Arrival in certain European countries last May, the Max streaming platform will be available in France from June 11.
