A serious traffic accident occurred on Saturday morning in Bregenz. Two taxis collided in the area of the “Ballhaus” intersection. Two people were injured – one of them seriously, according to initial information.
On Saturday morning shortly after six o’clock there was a serious traffic accident in Bregenz. At the intersection of the L202 and the Vorklostergasse – better known as the “Ballhaus” intersection – two taxis collided with each other for reasons that have not yet been clarified.
The driver of a Skoda wanted to turn left from the L202 into Vorklostergasse, but overlooked the oncoming VW bus that was heading towards Hard. In the collision, the two vehicles were badly damaged and two people were injured. One accident victim suffered serious injuries – more detailed information was not available for the time being.
The Vorloster fire brigade was also in action, as was an ambulance vehicle and several police units.
