(CercleFinance.com) – SES-imagotag announces changes to its governance and the composition of the Board of Directors, following the sale by BOE of 1.5 million Group shares.
In this context, Peter Brabeck-Letmathe joins the Board as an independent director (ratification at the next General Meeting).
Peter Brabeck-Letmathe is Honorary Chairman of Nestlé, Vice-Chairman of the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum and Chairman of GESDA (Geneva Science & Diplomatic Anticipator).
Peter Brabeck-Letmathe also remains Chairman of the International Advisory Board of SES-imagotag, a position he has held since 2019.
