Full throttle by remote control
The four-cylinder loses its manual transmission, it is only available with a ten-speed automatic. The V8 including the Dark Horse version, on the other hand, is still not only available with the automatic machine, but also with a manual six-speed gearbox, which unnecessarily has an automatic speed increase when changing gears. The automatic V8 version can be revved up by remote control to delight listeners; Ford calls this feature, which is unlikely to be introduced in Europe, “Remote Rev”. The steering is more direct than before, and six electronically controlled driving modes are available.
