This Monday, January 30, Rappel Conso announced that several brands of salmon had been recalled because of the potential presence of listeria bacteria. Marketed throughout France, these salmon brands have been listed below.
This is smoked salmon from the Ronde des mers brand, whose exact name is “Smoked salmon raised in Norway – 8 slices” 300g. Sold by Leclerc, the product bears the barcode 3564700016336 and belongs to lot: 01436020.
The second product was sold by the Carrefour brand. This is the organic distributor of the brand and concerns two batches: that of 2 slices 80g, and that of 4 slices 140g. While the first barcode is 3245413533654 for the lot is 01236020, the second barcode is 3560070949533 for the lot is 01336020.
