Warm up the pillow you have sewn yourself

To warm the pillow, put it in the oven: Let it heat up there at 100 ° for about 5-10 minutes. Large pillows (e.g. 90 x 30) can also be put in the oven for 10-15 minutes. With this method, you should stay close and watch the process, not that it gets too hot.

Heat the grain pillows in the microwave

Make sure that the microwave is not set too high, if possible turn it down to 400 watts and let the pillow warm up for about 2 minutes.

Be careful when using it on direct skin, as this can lead to burns in extreme heat. Especially with children and babies, the heated pillow should not be too hot and not lie directly on the skin!

On the other hand, if you want a cool grain pillow, put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
