After the closure of Moordale, this season 4 will see Otis and Eric face a new world: the Cavendish Sixth Form College. Actors Ncuti Gatwa (Eric) and Emma Mackey (Maeve) had already revealed that this fourth season would be the last for their characters, while the cast had already experienced a talent hemorrhage in season 3.

Series creator Laurie Nunn wrote a letter to fans explaining the decision and expressing her gratitude to the community: “We have decided that the fourth season will be the last of the series”she wrote. “It wasn’t an easy decision to make, but as the themes and stories for the new season crystallized, it became clear that it was the right time to graduate.”.

Funny, informative, moving and endowed with a refreshing cast, the series Sex Education has established itself since its arrival in 2019 as one of Netflix’s best productions.
