(CercleFinance.com) – Jérôme Lacombe is joining Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) as of today as Deputy Managing Director / Director of Resources.
He will report to Dimitri Boulte, Chief Executive Officer, and will actively participate in the continued development of SFL by supervising the following departments: financial management, IT department, general secretariat, human resources management and communication.
He will also be in charge of defining the company’s ESG strategy. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee of SFL.
Jérôme Lacombe is a graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine. He holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and more recently completed training at Oxford on sustainable finance and financial risks related to climate change.
