(CercleFinance.com) – Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) announces the appointment with immediate effect of Pere Viñolas Serra as Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Juan Jose Brugera who has reached the statutory age limit set at 75 for serve as president.
Juan Jose Brugera retains his mandate as director of the company. In addition to the latter and Pere Viñolas Serra, the board now includes Ali Bin Jassim Al Thani, Carmina Ganyet I Cirera, Arielle Malard de Rothschild and Alexandra Rocca.
