SFL: recurring net income up 16.9% in 2022


(CercleFinance.com) – Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) reported on Wednesday rental income representing 204.5 million euros for the 2022 financial year, a figure up 7.5% at constant scope.

Its recurring net income group share was up 16.9% at 108 million euros, or 2.52 euros per share (+22.8%), for net income group share of 143 .4 million euros.

Finally, the value of the portfolio (excluding rights) was nearly 8.25 billion euros (+2.3% at constant scope).

The board of directors has also decided to propose to the next general meeting, which will be held on April 13, a dividend of 4.20 euros per share.
