(CercleFinance.com) – SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) announces that it has sold the ‘Le Vaisseau’ building, located on Ile Saint-Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux, to the Catholic Institute of Lille, for an amount excluding rights of 27 million euros.
It specifies that the buyer plans to move, in this building of approximately 6,300 m² and equipped with a removable roof, the antenna of its Faculty of Law, already established in Issy-Les-Moulineaux since 2013.
