SFPI Group: a transaction to remember

Founder. At SFPI, the table has just moved significantly. Associated for the occasion with two institutional investors, founder Henri Morel took over the 11.3% of the capital held by businessman Jean-Bertrand Prot. Present in the capital of SFPI since 2013, Mr. Prot sold his shares at a unit price of 2.50 Euros. This price turning out to be significantly higher than recent stock market prices, it highlighted the discount hitting the SFPI share… Two thirds of the turnover is linked to the construction sector which is heavily penalized at the moment by the credit crunch.
