Actress Shailene Woodley confirms her engagement to sports pro Aaron Rodgers. However, it was "a while ago".
Shailene Woodley, 29, "Big Little Lies" and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, 37, got engaged. The US actress confirmed this on Monday in "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". "Yes, we're engaged," said Woodley host Fallon, 46. "But it's not new news to us, so it's kind of funny. Everyone's freaking out about it right now and we say, 'Yeah, we've been engaged for a while.'"
Woodley also revealed that she still couldn't watch her fiancé watch a football game because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. "I've never been to a game because we met during these pretty crazy times and all the stadiums he played in were closed," she said. The actress and her fiancé have been a couple since 2020. The first rumors of engagement had surfaced at the beginning of February.
