Shania and Davina Geiss defend themselves against hate comments
The daughters of Carmen, 56, and Robert Geiss, 57, have been in front of the camera for the RTLZWEI documentary “The Geissens – a terribly glamorous family” since childhood. In the meantime, Shania, 16, and Davina, 17, but above all in social media, have built up their own fan base: the sisters now have several hundred thousand followers on Instagram.
Although mostly positive comments can be found among the posts of the two teenagers, Shania and Davina have also had experiences with hatred on the net in the past. You are regularly criticized and hostile on social media. They want to defend themselves against this now.
The sisters are part of a new RTLZWEI campaign entitled “Hass hat Hausverbot”. Mother Carmen Geiss posted a short clip on her Instagram page in which Davina reads a hateful comment and draws attention to the problem. Iris Klein: Your Instagram profile has been blocked
For a reality TV star who has also built a fan base on social networks, it is probably the worst that can happen: The Instagram account is blocked. That’s exactly what happened to Iris Klein, 53, now – and she doesn’t even know why.
On the profile that she runs together with her husband Peter Klein, Iris writes disappointed: “For some inexplicable reason my account was put on hold by Instagram, no idea why. Who knows? Please keep your glee for you, thank you [sic]. ”
Iris receives all kinds of sympathy and even a few pieces of advice from users: She should contact support. Hopefully this tip will bring the desired result and Iris Klein will soon be able to entertain her followers again from her real Instagram profile.
