It is CD Projekt’s habit to offer a few games each year to users of its launcher. But they tend to go unnoticed, and especially to sell out very quickly since the offers only last 24 hours. Today, from November 23 to 24 at 3 p.m., Styx: Shards of Darkness is free on GOG Galaxy. 6 years after its release, this is perhaps the opportunity to play as a goblin in an infiltration game.
Continuation of the adventures experienced in Styx: Master of Darkness, the legendary goblin assassin is back. New objectives will allow him to take advantage of his infiltration skills to unearth coveted treasures. But he doesn’t have to go alone this time. All they have to do is search every nook and cranny, infiltrate the different environments visited and loot the artifacts necessary to become more powerful.
Still developed by Cyanide Studio, Styx: Shards of Darkness is a stealth, action and adventure game and is worth picking up on GOG Galaxy. The adventure it offers is far from revolutionary, nor is its gameplay. But it offers hours of fun if you watch it with a friend. Without being particularly striking, it nevertheless remains a rather decent infiltration game which allows you to understand situations from different angles.

How to download the free game?
To download the game, nothing could be simpler! All you have to do is go to the GOG Galaxy launcher (downloadable right here), and go to the store’s home page by clicking on the logo at the top left of the screen. Going down slightly, a banner highlights the free game, which you can retrieve by clicking directly on the button.
All you have to do is go to the games library, and select the game obtained to install it! You can also claim your game directly from the site by logging into your account. However, you will not be able to install and download it without the GOG Galaxy launcher.
