SHAREHOLDER INFORMATION
In a context of reorganization of the mass food distribution sector and strong inflationary pressure, Smart Good Things Holding (Euronext Paris Access+ / MLSGT) requested the protection of the Paris Court of its subsidiary Smart Good Bevtech, specialized in preparations for instant drinks.
By judgment dated February 21, 2024, Smart Good Bevtech was placed in receivership proceedings for an observation period of 6 months. The group is currently studying different options to continue the activity and/or enhance the technological capital of its subsidiary.
