Eli, a 3 year old boy full of life, funny, smiling and “cheeky“like most boys, is taken by his aunt Lucy Sapple at the optician. He prescribed him the wearing glasses and planned an MRI. Constantly postponed, the MRI could not be realized only in March of this year. The results are devastating as Lucy Sapple brought her nephew to see her simply because she noticed his eye had turned slightly inward.
The heartbreaking news fell on April 3, 2023, Eli is suffering froman inoperable brain tumor. The strange eye movement hid a terminal cancer that is no longer possible to remove. Eli, who is a boy”so happy and funny“, keep smiling even with a brain tumor, remarks Kinsay Smith, a friend of the family. Kinsay Smith also revealed to the magazine Echo that the young boy will have to undergo chemotherapy, but his illness will always be fatal to him.
Chemotherapy won’t save him
“He will have to undergo chemotherapy, but that won’t save himit will just give him a little more time with us“, said Kinsay Smith. Doctors announced that he remains about a year living in Eli. His family, Lucy Sapple and Kinsay Smith want to create memories for Eli and his family. Reason why they have created a page GoFundMe to raise £2000 to create “special days for Eli“.
