fun, news, tips… what else?

The famous actress Anne Hathaway made a remarkable appearance at New York Fashion Week by recreating her iconic Devil Wears Prada look.

The Devil Wears Prada is a cult film released in 2006. We can follow the adventures of Andréa in a prestigious fashion press editorial office, Runway, directed by Miranda Priestly. During the Michael Kors Spring Summer 2023 fashion show at New York Fashion Week, Anne Hathaway recreated Andrea’s iconic look in the film. Remember, the look of the final scene in which we see Anne Hathaway giving up her job as Miranda’s assistant, and approaching other newsrooms to become the journalist she always wanted to be.

Thus, Anne Hathaway appeared in the front row next to Anna Wintour wearing a superb brown crocodile-effect coat, a black turtleneck sweater and pointed-toe pumps in the same color. She is sublime ! Anne Hathaway also succumbed again to the cult fringe of Andy Sachs in the film. The 39-year-old actress hasn’t changed and has clearly made a splash. We love this fall look that we can easily adopt!

How to copy the look of Anne Hathaway?

Anne Hathaway’s outfit, in addition to being heavily inspired by her look in The Devil Wears Prada, is perfect for fall. First, the turtleneck sweater. It’s a timeless piece to have in your wardrobe for fall-winter. It can be worn with everything: jeans, a skirt like that of the actress at the show… Then, the centerpiece of this look: the long brown croco jacket. She is superb and many models can look like her. We like brown but the crocodile effect is also very stylish on black or colour. Side hairstyle also we can crack for the bangs of Anne Hathaway: it is very trendy. If you don’t want to opt for a fringe for fear that it won’t suit you, bet on a curtain fringe, which is sure to suit everyone!
