On Friday April 21, Charlene of Monaco devoted herself entirely to her foundation by offering several children water rescue activities in a local swimming pool. The opportunity for her to appear radiant.

Charlene from Monaco was like a fish in water. A Monegasque princess since her marriage to Prince Albert II, the mother of Jacques and Gabriella is now entirely devoted to her activities as a sovereign’s wife. In addition to participating in charitable works on behalf of the princely family, and appearing alongside her husband at official events, she is equally devoted to his foundation for which it operates both in South Africa and on the Rock. And Friday, April 21, she had decided to organize an activity that has meaning for her as a former swimmer: a water rescue session at the Stade Louis-II swimming pool in Monaco.

In all, 85 children from seven U-12 teams from South Africa, Georgia, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ecuador, Mauritius and Morocco, who came as part of the Sainte-Dévote Rugby Tournament, took part in these activities, and this, in the presence of Charlene of Monaco. On the program: prevention of drowning and initiation to first aid, with learning of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation techniques, ball games, aquatic draw, water polo and many others. In the basin with the children, the wife of Albert II of Monaco appeared radiant, as can be seen in the unveiled photos on his foundation’s Instagram account. “These workshops allow young children present at the tournament to learn first aid gestures and are a way to acquire the basics of rescue in a fun way”can we also read.

Charlene of Monaco raises awareness among the youngest

As a former swimmer, Charlene de Monaco is keen to educate young children about first aid techniques, but also about the cause of the oceans. If, thanks to her foundation, she has the opportunity to organize this kind of sessions, the first people to benefit from this teaching are none other than her children, Jacques and Gabriella. In July 2022, the twins had indeed won a nice medal after an introductory course in diving and water rescue at the Monegasque sea academy, the Blue School. A real pride for their parents.
