Indeed, 12 years ago now, while she is unemployed, her husband tries everything for everything and plays EuroMillions. A gesture that will change the course of their existence since it will win a check for 15 million euros. However, the couple persevere and try to provoke luck by playing strategic numbers : "It’s probabilities with the most released and least released numbers", she told the cameras of Seven to eight. Bingo! Véronique pulls the jackpot and wins the sum of 20,000 euros. For internet users, this is too much.

Despite this radical lifestyle change, the former job seeker is keen to "stay the same" without necessarily "change camps": "I kept the same habits, I always do the same things. I make the sales, I always eat shells with reel ham. I do my housework because I do it like a big girl for 35 years (…) I want to stay me ”, said the grand winner of the Euro-Millions. In order to benefit the whole family, Véronique has invested in real estate by buying several houses in the south of France, a villa in Mauritius and is increasing the number of trips abroad. Until the day when her destiny is turned upside down again.
"We were looking for this immense adrenaline, that's something … It's so crazy!", she said, still upset by the event. And for good reason, years after their first victory, Véronique and her husband win again in the Loto but this time, 20,000 euros, a "small sum" according to her. For internet users, this testimony broadcast on TF1 simply does not pass: "It's good, you won, give others a chance", "I don't understand the people who win the Lotto and who replay". But that's not all. The Web did not appreciate the underestimation of the 20,000 euros won qualified as "small sum": "Give me the small sum", "20,000 euros small sum? What is this interview?"
