Despite the war in Ukraine, Frogware continued to develop Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened as best he could from his studios in Kyiv and Dublin. He was even rather confident for his progress, because after unveiling it last summer, he planned to release it in February 2023. Finally, like many productions in recent years, he will have needed additional polishing and has recently been postponed for a few weeks, without its release date being re-specified.
This is today done : it will be released on April 11, 2023 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch. It will be available exclusively in digital format, with a standard edition at €39.99, an edition Premium at €49.99 with a pack of side quests and 6 exclusive outfits, and an edition Deluxe adding a art book and the soundtrack in digital format. Any pre-order will be rewarded with the offer of The Sleuth’s Attire Cosmetic Set including 3 alternate costumes for sherlock And Watson.
And if Frogware allows itself to confirm a day of release, it is that the remake of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: Night of the Sacrifices is gold, and therefore that its commercial version (without last minute technical updates) is ready.
