10 days after the Buffalo, New York, shooting, a young man shot dead at least 21 people at an elementary school.

LThe killer is once again an 18 year old young man. Salvador Ramos, a resident of Uvalde County, Texas, opened fire at around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at an elementary school, Robb Elementary. Armed with a pistol and “possibly a rifle”, according to Republican Governor Greg Abbott, he killed at least 19 children and 2 adults. The school, which has more than 500 students, mostly Hispanic, teaches from CE1 to CM1. It was the last day of the school year for these children aged 5 to 7. The killer would have first shot his grandmother, before entering the premises of the establishment, in this city located 137 kilometers west of San Antonio.
