(CercleFinance.com) – SRP Groupe (Showroomprivé) indicates that its board of directors has decided to co-opt François de Castelnau as director, replacing Thierry Petit who has announced his decision to put an end to his duties from December 1, 2022.
This cooptation was decided for the remaining duration of Thierry Petit’s term of office, i.e. until the general meeting scheduled for June 21, 2023, and will be subject to ratification at the next general meeting of the online sales group specializing in fashion.
François de Castelnau has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SRP Groupe since January 2022. He joined the group in June 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, after having worked at the Philippe Ginestet Group, which notably owns the GiFi, Tati and Besson brands.
