SHOWROOMPRIVE: HALF-YEARLY REVIEW OF THE LIQUIDITY AGREEMENT – 2023/07/07 at 6:00 p.m.

– Showroomprivé (SRP Groupe), a leading European player in online sales for the Digital Woman, publishes today the half-year report of the liquidity contract.

Under the liquidity contract entrusted by SRP GROUPE to ODDO BHF SCA, on June 30, 2023, the following resources appeared in the dedicated liquidity account:

  • 379,200 titles

  • €463,457.73

It is recalled that on the date of signature of the contract, May 20, 2019, the following resources appeared in the dedicated liquidity account:

  • 172,558 titles

  • €146,195

Over the period from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 were executed:

  • 1,019 purchase transactions

  • 877 sales transactions

Over this same period, the volumes traded represented:

  • 525,185 shares and 795,199.99 euros for purchase

  • 395,348 shares and 614,528.45 euros for sale
