SHOWROOMPRIVÉ ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF SYLVIE CHAN-DIAZ TO THE GROUP’S EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, AS DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Showroomprivé, a European player in online event sales, announces the entry into the Group’s Executive Committee of Sylvie Chan-Diaz, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development.

Sylvie Chan-Diaz, 39, began her career in investment banking, with eight years at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, in London and Paris. In particular, she has accompanied companies in their mergers and acquisitions, financing, IPO and restructuring projects. She joined Showroomprivé in 2020, after 3 years with Louvre Hotels Group where she was M&A Director of the Group.

She holds a Masters in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from CASS Business School (now Bayes Business School).
