But, Doryan, one of the talents of Amel Bent who gave birth recently, unfortunately fell ill 3 days before the prime. It’s complicated, it stresses me a lot”. “It’s an additional pressure that I didn’t want to experience at all, especially since I really wanted to enjoy this new stage”, he then added disappointed.

Indeed, the young man revealed to us that if Thursday, May 12, he was a little better, Wednesday, May 11, he could not even speak. In this sense, he had to be careful not to force his voice too much to heal and be in good shape for D-Day. “I don’t rehearse, I rehearse in my head, I will rehearse just before going on stage on Saturday”, he revealed to us before explaining to us how he trained: “That doesn’t prevent me from going on set, hearing the arrangement, it’s a bit complicated to do sound checks, because compared to the stages before, live we have headphones, it’s another setting and therefore a different apprehension of sound”.

Doryan’s Crucial Song Choice

During the broadcast of The Voice this Saturday, May 14, the talents will go on stage alongside their coach for the first time in the adventure. But that’s not all: they will also present a solo song and Doryan really appreciates his own which is I Have Nothing by Whitney Houston, a major challenge that he intends to take up. Indeed, despite his state of health, he did not wish to change music. “I thought about changing the song but we are in The Voice to take up challenges and I did not come to do things by halves”, he told us.

“If really I am unable to sing the slightest note, I prefer not to do the rest and take an adventure stop rather than come and do something else”, he then clarified. But, despite everything, the young singer manages to put things into perspective and confides : “It’s already a certain victory to be there, I measure how lucky I am to be there”.
