The French software publisher explains that this operation is part of the execution of its strategic plan ‘Fusion 100’ aiming in particular to achieve annual revenue from subscriptions (ARR) of 100 million dollars. by the end of 2025.
The transaction should also represent an accelerator for the achievement of a revenue objective in North America close to 14 million dollars by 2023.
Founded in 2006 in the city of Tulsa (Oklahoma), CreditPoint Software has developed, in the ‘cloud’, a platform for real-time access to more than 20 credit rating agencies around the world, sources it compiles within a single financial repository that can then be cross-referenced with customer and financial data relating to companies’ exposure to credit risk.
