(CercleFinance.com) – Siemens announces the acquisition of British consulting firm Vendigital, which will become part of Siemens Advanta, the professional services business unit of Siemens.
The transaction was signed and finalized on December 22, 2022.
Vendigital will complement Siemens Advanta’s digital and strategic consulting services capabilities for industrial customers.
