(CercleFinance.com) – Siemens Digital Industries Software announced today that it has added new capabilities to Siemens Xcelerator as a Service (XaaS) with the launch of Simcenter™ Cloud HPC (high performance computing) software.
As part of the ongoing collaboration between Siemens and Amazon Web Services (AWS), the new service is hosted on AWS and expands access to advanced simulation with Simcenter Cloud HPC.
According to Siemens, this service can help reduce the costs traditionally associated with deploying high-performance computing (HPC) on-premises. The offer thus enables organizations of all sizes to access the advantages of advanced simulation, gain a better understanding of the performance of their products and make more informed engineering decisions.
