(CercleFinance.com) – At Siemens’ Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today, shareholders approved by a large majority of 99.71% the proposal of the Management Committee and the
Supervisory Board to distribute a dividend of €4.00 per share for the 2021 financial year.
This dividend is up 50 cents from the previous year and reflects the
Siemens progressive dividend policy.
The General Meeting of Shareholders also decided by a large majority to ratify the acts of the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board for the 2021 financial year.
