(CercleFinance.com) – Alpha Trains has signed a Long-Term Service and Maintenance Agreement with Siemens Mobility.
The contract covers the entire maintenance of the Vectron locomotives over a period of 15 years.
“The contract between Alpha Trains and Siemens Mobility underlines their joint commitment to sustainable and efficient transport solutions in Europe,” the group says.
“The trains will benefit from our European network of depots and services, as well as our extensive know-how in the field of maintenance of Vectron locomotives. The Siemens Xcelerator digital business platform will enable us to ensure their maximum availability,” said Johannes Emmelheinz, GM Customer Services at Siemens Mobility.
