(CercleFinance.com) – Stifel resumes monitoring of Siemens Healthineers with a ‘buy’ recommendation and a price target of 55 euros, considering in particular that the strong imaging positions of the German medical technology group deserve a valuation premium.
‘With the recent decline in the stock, a discount compared to its main peers of around 10% and a concern which seems exaggerated to us regarding the achievement of medium-term objectives and beyond, we believe that the action is become attractive,’ he adds.
In addition, the broker states that it expects ‘Siemens Healthineers to return to its historic growth levels (5 to 8%) from the last quarter of the calendar year or first quarter of the financial year’.
