Signals Girod: activity resists despite changes in scope

(Boursier.com) — Compared to the previous financial year, the turnover of Girod Signals increased by +0.5% in the 4th quarter. It stands at 26.7 million euros.

Taking into account the changes in the international scope – sale of the Spanish subsidiary in December 2022 and cessation of operational activity of the Latvian subsidiary in the 2nd quarter of the financial year – the quarterly variation is +9.4% and the figure of business for the year grew by +8.1% at constant scope.

As of September 30, 2023, the group’s consolidated turnover amounts to 105.2 ME (102.6 ME as of September 30, 2022), despite the reduction in scope, a figure higher than the group’s expectations. Growth is +2.6% over the financial year.
