(Boursier.com) — The company Girod signals announces that it has completed this Wednesday the sale of 100% of the shares of its Spanish subsidiary Girodservices to Cinnia Group, a company governed by Spanish law represented by Mr. Josep Costa, current manager of Girodservices.
Signaux Girod explains that with a very high debt, the activity of this subsidiary and its development prospects no longer corresponded to the group’s expectations and international strategy, which is focused on developing its presence in markets emerging or with potential, as well as on the growth of its existing subsidiaries. Girodservices achieved a turnover of 5.8 million euros for the 2021-2022 financial year.
